By using HamperHelper you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

What HamperHelper does

HamperHelper uses AI to identify items from your photos, estimate resale prices, and draft listings. Price estimates are suggestions, not guarantees. Always check recent sold prices before listing. You are responsible for your listings, including their accuracy and following the rules of any marketplace where you sell.

Your account

You must be at least 13 years old (and old enough to sell on the marketplaces you use). Keep access to your email secure, since it is how you sign in.

Your content

You own the photos and listings you create. You give HamperHelper permission to store and process them to provide the service. Only upload photos you took or have the right to use, and only list items you own.

Acceptable use

• No counterfeit, stolen, illegal, or prohibited items.
• No misleading listings or descriptions.
• No attempts to break, overload, or scrape the service.

Free and paid features

Some features are free and some may require payment in the future. We'll tell you before anything you use starts costing money.

No warranty and limits on liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, HamperHelper is not liable for lost sales, pricing differences, marketplace decisions, or indirect damages. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the past 12 months.

Changes and ending service

We may update these terms and will post the new date above. You can stop using HamperHelper anytime. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
